Ensuite

The Drysdale 30 display in Craigieburn
The above picture is the Drysdale display in Craigieburn.  I haven't been able to find a picture of our shower rail, but this picture shows it, and also shows tiles very similar to our selection.

Shower

We have increased the size of the shower to 900x1200mm.  The shower base will be tiled and the screen frameless.  We have added a 325x1025mm niche to the shower.  As part of our "Indulgent Pack" we will receive an Olympic 3 function hand held shower rail, as in the above picture (you can also see the niche in the reflection in the mirror)

Vanity

We have upgraded to a double vanity.  The basins will be Stylus Symphony and the taps Caroma Aqua Basin Mixers.

We have upgraded the vanity countertop to Caesarstone in Latte.  The cabinets below will be laminex smoky sappelle.

Toilet

The toilet is the standard Raymor Bella Plus Link Suite II.

Glazing

The window above the toilet has been upgraded to obscure Spotswood glazing.

Floor and shower tiles will be National Tiles "Wet Cement" 300x600mm polished porcelain tiles.  Vanity splashback will be National Tiles "Silk Olive" 300x600mm, with the line pattern horizontal.

Walls

Walls will be Wattyl Flokati

Electrical

We have added a double power point to the end of the vanity, for a total of two double power points.

Lighting

The ensuite comes standard with a single batten light in the centre of the room and an exhaust fan over the shower.  We have added a second batten light over the toilet.  In the picture at the top of the page you can see a half wall at the end of the vanity.  Behind this is the toilet and although there is a window above the toilet we were worried that there would not be enough light at nigh, so we have added a second batten light above the toilet, which is switched separately to the other light, but on the same plate.
